Flexible Spending/HSA (Health Savings Account) 
The flexible spending arrangement allows employees to deduct money from payroll and transfer it into an account pretax. The funds are available during the year for the reimbursement of certain types of expenses. Acupuncture is an eligible medical expense for flex spending accounts.

We are more than happy to provide you with detailed receipts or any other information you need to get reimbursed from your Flex spending/HSA account.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please be courteous, and give us 24 hours notice.

With less than 24 hours notice or miss your appointment altogether, you will be charged 100% for your appointment. This is in consideration for our practitioners' time as well as for our other patients.

Emergency circumstances for cancellation of less than 24 hours and will be handled on a case by case base.
